A south facing pool means that you will enjoy the sunshine all day long. It is fully screened in (no bugs), and is very private,
facing a neighbor on one side only. There is a spa in the pool and the area is fully equipped with chairs and loungers.
There is also a table with umbrella should you wish to eat a meal outdoors. There is outdoor and pool lighting for those late
night dips, and the pool can be heated in the colder months for an extra charge. The patio door is installed with a child alarm,
conforming to Florida law.
